Alan has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, working with various end-user organizations like FedEx, The Mayo Clinic & Allstate, and vendors from Oracle and IBM to startups worldwide. Alan was formerly a Partner at The Real Story Group, Consulting Director at Indian Services firm Wipro, Research Director at 451, and VP for North America at industry analyst firm Ovum. He is regularly quoted in the press, including the Wall Street Journal and The Guardian, and has appeared on the BBC, CNBC, and ABC as an expert guest. Alan currently serves on the board of the industry association AIIM International.

A software product manager at heart, Dan is also an entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience working for ECM and IDP leaders such as OpenText, Kofax, and IBML. His roles included CMO, Sales Director, and VP Product Management, and he worked at VC and private equity-funded start-ups and on several M&A teams. Dan served two terms on the AIIM Board of Directors and was elected to the Company of Fellows in 2018. After living in the Colorado Rockies, a 2nd generation Italian-American from Pittsburgh, he now resides in Cornwall, UK, with his wife, the acclaimed Cornish artist Dot Wade.

Matt has worked in the software industry for close to 30 years, initially as a developer of web applications, later working in a range of consultancy roles, from implementation and architecture to the incubation of emerging technologies. As an industry analyst, Matt previously worked for Real Story Group and 451 Research (now S&P Global), covering information management technologies and their intersection with the workplace.
